Call Center Disadvantages

Living in a country where the income of the lower 30% of the population equates the income of the upper 1%, it’s a usual thing to see a lot of the “supposed-to-be” working class not getting work at all. One reason for that are the very scant opportunities and a very high population. So the government therefore has provided the means to solve this problem and one is through Call Center. But what really are the Call Center disadvantages? From first hand sources, one would be that other graduates avoid skill deterioration. Quite an improving number of people acquired bachelor’s degrees but ending up as a Call Center agent from acquiring a degree in nursing, industrial technology, etc. would mean forfeiture in the use of their skills and knowledge. Also, another Call Center disadvantage is the shift of work schedules. Others end up working against their body clock. Not healthy!
